Our Story

Founded by Patrick Dodds, The Tailwind Network carries forward his vision that no advisor should walk alone. Pat invested his life in empowering, coaching, and encouraging others. His legacy lives on in advisors who say things like:

Brian Dodds

Brian leads The Tailwind Network with a focus on supporting independent advisors through community, clarity, and personal connection. He oversees advisor support, onboarding, and the systems that help each practice grow with confidence. Known for being accessible and invested in the success of every advisor, Brian plays a central role in shaping the culture, purpose, and direction of the network.
